CHN offers water repair and conservation services to help homeowners conserve water and reduce water bills. Eligible homeowners may receive:

• Hot water tank repair or replacement (owner-occupied homes only)
• Emergency service line replacement (owner-occupied homes only)
• Other major plumbing repairs (owner-occupied homes only)

You must be a homeowner, receive a water bill from the City of Cleveland Division of Water and meet income guidelines. If you qualify, we will send a plumber to your house to make the necessary repairs.

Be sure to request all services you would like, as noted in the application. (Please note that you may not be approved for all services.) Return completed application to CHN, ATTN: Jessica Ingram, 2999 Payne Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44114.

Please note: You may use this program to assist with water repairs once every two years.
