Effectively Leveraging Private Funding

Based on the success of CHN's T2K technology project, CHN secured a prestigious, highly sought 3-year grant from the U.S. Department of Commerce (CHN was one of a select group of 25 successful awardees drawn from a national pool of 741 applicants). This useful grant matches every private dollar raised for the project with a dollar from the U.S. Department of Commerce, effectively doubling each grant received.
