The Cleveland Housing Network offers affordable apartment homes for seniors and those who cannot afford or who are not interested in homeownership.


Erie Square & Rainbow Apartments

Through our Erie Square and Rainbow Apartments in the Fairfax neighborhood, we offer project-based, Section 8 homes for very low-income families, individuals, seniors and the disabled. Residents pay no more than 30% of their income toward their housing costs.


Residents have access to on-site resident services, a computer lab and community room, youth programs (Erie Square only) and adult education programs. The apartment complex is conveniently located along the Euclid Corridor Health Line, within blocks of Cleveland’s medical district, and served by scheduled bus service 7 days a week.


Maple Park Place – Independent Senior Living

Maple Park Place, an independent senior living apartment complex located on Maple Park Dr. in Maple Heights. The building is equipped with on-site property management, security cameras, community room, exercise room, media/computer room, and laundry facilities on each floor. One and two bedroom apartments include stove, refrigerator, microwave, and utilities.


For 1-bedroom apartments, household must be age 62+.

For 2-bedroom apartments, household must be age 55+.

2-bedroom apartments, have an age requirement of 55+ and the rent will be $775 a month.

Utilities are included in the rent.
