For the 3rd consecutive year CHN has received the coveted 4-star rating for sound fiscal management from Charity Navigator, America's leading Independent evaluator of charities. According to Charity Navigator, it’s 4-star “Exceptional” rating is given to organizations that exceed industry standards and outperform most charities in its peer group. In its congratulatory letter to CHN, the President of Charity Star wrote “We are proud to announce Cleveland Housing Network has earned our 4-star rating for its ability to efficiently manage and grow its finances. Only 12% of the charities we’ve rated have received at least two consecutive 4-star evaluations, indicating that Cleveland Housing Network outperforms most charities in America in its efforts to operate in the most fiscally responsible way possible. This “exceptional” designation from Charity Navigator differentiates Cleveland Housing Network from its peers and demonstrates to the public it is worthy of their trust”.
