Approved applicants can access their Prevention, Retention, & Contingency Assistance funds for their utilities by scheduling an appointment through Cleveland Housing Network’s live PRC Appointment Hotline.

The appointment line will be answered by CHN staff Monday through Friday from 8:30am until 4:30pm, with voicemail checked throughout the day. CHN PRC staff will return all calls within 24 hours, and schedule an appointment within 24-48 hours after contact.
If you have already been approved, you may also set up an appointment by sending your information to prc@chnnet.com.
A limited number of walk-ins are also available from 8:30 to 11:30am, Monday through Friday at the following locations:

- Fairfax Renaissance Development Corporation @ 8111 Quincy Avenue
- Famicos Foundation @ 1325 Ansel Road
Walk-ins are encouraged for clients whose utility services are currently off.
To ensure that all HEAP functions can be completed during your PRC appointments please remember to bring all required documents.
