The Cleveland Housing Network offers its development services for permanent supportive housing projects, a national housing model for ending chronic homelessness. As Lead Developer of Cuyahoga County’s Housing First coalition CHN has extensive experience in this arena including:

  • $92.2 million in financing assembled
  • Green Communities¬© and LEED certification
  • Universal design and/or handicap accessibility
  • Ability to develop for special populations (e.g., youth)
We have experience in all facets of the development process, from locating and acquiring the site to building community acceptance and managing the construction process. We use multiple funding sources for each project including local and state entities, banks and intermediaries.
