Community Report

Every 2 years, CHN releases our Community Report providing a snapshot of CHN’s major accomplishments over the previous two years, discussing new strategies and keeping our supporters and the community informed as we remain true to our mission:

To develop affordable housing for low- and moderate-income Clevelanders with a special emphasis on generating pathways out of poverty and providing homeownership opportunities.
