CHN's maintenance department provides the highest quality home repairs and superior customer service to CHN's Lease Purchase residents. Residents should call the maintenance hotline to report any needed repairs.

Monday – Friday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (only emergency calls are accepted after hours) CHN will contact you within 24 hours to schedule repairs. In the case of an emergency, CHN will respond immediately. Most repairs are completed within 72 hours. Exceptions include extensive repairs, such as roof repair or major sewer work.

Emergency Maintenance Calls
CHN accepts emergency maintenance calls after 5:00 on weekdays and on weekends. If you have a maintenance emergency, please call 216-574-7110 for assistance.

To ensure quality service please:
  • Make yourself available to the contractor.
  • Return all calls to set up an appointment immediately.
  • Provide a daytime and evening phone number.
Here are some tips:
  • Always write down the contractor's name, company, and telephone number.
  • Someone at least 18 years old must be present for a contractor to enter into the home.
