Each year the Cleveland Housing Network provides housing for more than 2,000 families in the City of Cleveland. Affordability, sustainable homeownership opportunities, energy efficiency, indoor air quality and long-term product durability are core principles of our housing strategy.

Our housing options include homes for-sale, Section 8 project-based rental apartments, and a 15-year Lease Purchase homeownership program for families who could not otherwise afford to purchase a home. Through partnerships with other organizations, we also develop housing for chronically homeless individuals.

Qualifying individuals and families can choose from these options:
