Community Training Center Opens at New Location Beginning January 2009 the CHN Community Training Center (CTC) will be located at CHN Headquarters, 2999 Payne Avenue in Asia Plaza. The move from its previous location on St. Clair will provide a critical, one-stop-shop for the 1,500 clients who visit CHN each month. Residents will have convenient access to multiple resources at one location, from education and training to programs in home weatherization and energy conservation. Since 2002, the CTC has been helping Cleveland residents achieve homeownership and economic stability.
