CHN maintenance department selects the most qualified contractors to provide the highest quality home repairs and superior customer service to CHN residents. Residents should call the maintenance hotline to report any needed repairs.

Monday – Friday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (only emergency calls are accepted after hours) CHN will contact you within 24 hours to schedule repairs. In the case of an emergency, CHN will respond immediately. Most repairs are completed within 72 hours. Exceptions include extensive repairs, such as roof repair or major sewer work.

To ensure quality service please:
  • Make yourself available to the contractor.
  • Return all calls to set up an appointment immediately.
  • Provide a daytime and evening phone number.

Great tips to know:

  • Always write down the contractor's name, company, and telephone number.
  • Someone at least 18 years old must be present for a contractor to enter into the home.
  • Once a contractor completes the work

  • Please sign a maintenance sign-off sheet only if you are completely satisfied with the service.
