CHN is supported by a distinctive funding strategy that is built on a solid foundation of earned revenue derived from its real estate development, property management and energy conservation services. While CHN is able to effectively leverage these earned revenues with public funding at the local, state and federal level, it is still necessary for the organization to continually seek new corporate and foundation partners who share our mission. This threefold stream of revenue sources provides an excellent base from which CHN is able to effectively impact the lives of Clevelanders, and leverage the work of Cleveland’s most productive CDCs.
